Well, I have really skipped the blog thing for baby2. Its not really my fault! I had a very hard first 7 months. But 8 months... now thats a breeze. I'm finally feeling goooood. Baby is a big mover. Won't sit still for the sonogram. We did finally get some measurements and its another whopper over 10 pounds. The doctor said as she measured with the sonogram, " now thats a big head."  Tha name is picked...

the baby clothes have been moved to the apartment, and thats about it as far as preparation for the moment. I feel very far behind and certain he will come early simply because I am NOT READY! Hopefully next week will be my last week at work and I can start nesting. Its hard though as we are living weekdays in an apartment and weekends in our house. Makes setting up for baby twice as hard. Hopefully we will move into a new house this summer! Wishfull thinking!

Kristof is thriving and learning learning everyday. His hair grows like mad so haircuts seem almost pointless. He needs a haircut each week so maybe I will just have to learn how to do it properly.

I don't have good photos on this computer but here are a few from my phone.

We had a fair amount of snow this year. Two weeks of a good amount. Today it is snowing often in between bursts of sun but it doesn't look like more than a few centimeters. Nothing like the big storm in the DC area! Its REALLY cold though and so I am staying inside as my cough comes back as soon as I hit the cold air. Kristof seems to have a cold starting. I'm PRAYING I don't catch it. The last one nearly did me in. But ofcourse he is sleeping in our bed and breathing on my face all night so my only hope is strong immune defenses.

What are Kristof'd latest things? Lets see. He was swearing in french and english las week. Fortunately we have managed to quickly change it to shoot and flute instead of the bad words. Ofcourse it was very hard not to laugh despite the guilt I was feeling as obviously the english word came from mommy. He now says "Oh flute! C'est pas vrai!"  when something bothers him.  That very cute.

He likes to say "pas toute de suite" when he doesn't want to do something. He loves glueing and stickers and cutting paper. He likes going to Nanou's with Julie and Enkie. Julie est grande. Enkie est petit. Kristof est grand... this is how Kristof passes his time. Yapping yapping away saying anything he can think of. He talks and talks and talks until sometimes I am forced to pull out the iphone headphones and tune out.  Atleast you always know where he is in the house and if there is silence you know to check up on him ASAP.

Well, back to baby boy 2, all is well he has done everything as he should when he should and on Thursday we find out if its c-section or natural and the date if its a c-section.  Normally its April 1 if its a c-section. Not sure I can wait that long! He's just getting bigger and bigger. Going to tip over soon.
